Original documents stay on your device

PDFs, Word documents, images and pasted text are read in your browser. SyllabusSavage does not upload or store your original documents. Close or reload the page to clear the current analysis from memory.

Downloads and sharing

PDF plans and share images are generated on your device. You decide whether to download or share them. Share cards exclude your original syllabus and module name. Any social app you choose has its own privacy rules.

Offline use and technical requests

The app caches its own pages, fonts and document readers for offline use. This cache does not contain your syllabus. Image text recognition may download language and reader files from external providers; image recognition itself runs in your browser. Hosting and file providers receive normal connection information such as IP addresses when your browser requests their files.

Planned paid packs

Paid checkout is currently disabled. When it opens, Stripe will handle payment details. Confirmed workload details will be sent to create a purchased plan, and the finished plan and purchase record will be stored for repeat downloads. A private recovery code will control access. The checkout will explain this before you proceed.

The complete purchase privacy information, support contact and retention arrangements will be published before paid sales open.

Support and your privacy rights

Big Bulldog UK Ltd is responsible for the personal information it uses to run SyllabusSavage. If you email us, we use your email address and message to answer your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in helping users and resolving problems; where an enquiry concerns a contract, we also use information necessary to perform it.

We keep support correspondence while the enquiry is open and afterwards only where needed to resolve a continuing issue, establish legal claims or meet a legal obligation. Do not include your syllabus or sensitive personal information in a support email unless it is necessary.

You can contact hello@cambriandigital.co.uk to ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, or to object to its use. Rights depend on the circumstances. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Hosting and service providers

Our site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Technical connection information is processed to deliver pages and protect the service, based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website. These providers may process information internationally. Their published privacy information describes their processing and transfer arrangements: OpenAI and Cloudflare. Original syllabus files are processed locally in your browser, not sent to these providers by our app.

No advertising tracking

This app does not currently add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. No account is required for the public free tools.
